Damani’s vast experience in technology leadership, including information security and compliance, global leadership, general management/P&L ownership, and overall company growth strategies (most recently a 38% CAGR) has placed him in global leadership roles for some of the most iconic brands, including GE, Newell Rubbermaid, United States Olympic Committee, Johnson Controls, and Shutterfly. For the past 16 years, he’s held a variety of CIO, CTO and Compliance Officer roles for companies ranging from $40M to $45B in annual revenue businesses.
