Lexico is excited to welcome to our team, Ben Baker, our new Engagement Specialist.
In this role, Ben will provide Account and Client support services across the Lexico portfolio. He will partner with Engagement and Service Delivery leads on coordinating engagement resources and ensuring consistent communication aligned to Lexico’s brand and customer experience goals. In addition, Ben will support Lexico’s own brand and marketing strategy initiatives.
Ben has a diverse and seasoned background in marketing and communications, both in corporate and B2B agency environments. His experience in account services, client advocacy, field support, brand management, and project management align well with Lexico’s growth objectives. Ben’s agency experience ranges from leadership roles at Phoenix Marketing Group, Marx McClellan Thrun and Anthologie, coupled with a decade of management roles on the corporate side at Generac.
