Damani Short is a seasoned and highly sought-after business and technology leader. Damani founded Lexico – a Transformation Services Consultancy – after recognizing a gap in technology and broader transformation initiative planning approaches that effectively enable and drive mid-market companies’ improved economic sustainability and growth. As a GE Lean/Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, Damani’s distinguished change leadership track record under pins an innovative strategy and roadmapping approach resulting in differentiated business outcomes.
Damani’s vast experience in technology leadership, including information security and compliance, global leadership, general management/P&L ownership, and overall company growth strategy development (most recently a 38% CAGR) has placed him in global leadership roles for some of the most iconic brands, including GE, Newell Rubbermaid, United States Olympic Committee, Johnson Controls, and Shutterfly. For the past 20 years, he’s held a variety of CIO, CTO, and Compliance Officer roles for companies ranging from $40M to $45B in annual revenue.

A serial entrepreneur, passionate about helping people think differently. With a background in design, a passion for human-centered strategy and problem solving and the drive to build experiences that grow businesses, Cynthia has worked with companies and organizations of all sizes – from non-profits to the White House – successfully navigate digital, customer, product, culture, and business transformations.
Cynthia has served as a pioneer in the Experience Innovation space, having designed and implemented experience disciplines and associated processes in a variety of organizations, including her own Experience Design agency. Cynthia co-founded Lexico with the goal of infusing people-centered approaches in traditionally technology-centered solution spaces, to help facilitate better, more sustainable outcomes for businesses. She serves as Chief Experience Officer at Lexico, ensuring holistic solutions and differentiated experiences for clients, partners and team members.
In this role, Andy refines Lexico’s solutions and service delivery processes and monitor projects to ensure we exceed clients’ expectations. This role furthers Lexico’s commitment to effective communications with all stakeholders, and ensuring both quality delivery and creative, targeted solutions that maximize the client experience.
For over a decade, Andy has delivered IT business solutions for Fortune 500 companies, managing complex global delivery teams for $100M+ projects in Program Management, Business Process Engineering, Strategic RoadMapping, M&A-related Technology Integration, and Data Center Consolidation. Andy has also built and led a consulting practice specializing in IT Strategy, Governance, Transformation, Execution, and Managed Solutions.

He also drives continued expansion of Lexico’s client footprint; helping more enterprises realize KPI targets, fueling their transformation needs.
As a growth-focused commercial executive, Jon has delivered profitable growth and expanded businesses throughout his career. Leveraging omnichannel expertise to deliver a seamless customer experience via multiple distribution channels and across global markets. Jon is experienced in private equity, publicly traded, and family-owned businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully expanded a variety of diverse product categories through DTC, B2C and B2B models.
